Our culture is inspired by the Compagnons du Devoir de Liberté et Compagnons du Tour de France of the 19th Century France, as well as the ancient Journeyman guilds from UK, and Germany. These traditions emphasize the importance of mastering a craft and passing on that knowledge to future generations.

Our practices include peer learning, blended learning, mentoring, coaching, apprenticeship, and soft skills first.
