Traditions of Craftsmanship and PHA Uniform
At Product House Academy, our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship is reflected in everything we do, from our curriculum to our dress code policy. Our uniform is inspired by the compagnon carpenters from the Compagnons du Tour de France et du Devoir de Liberté from the 19th Century, a guild of skilled craftsmen who have passed down their knowledge and skills from generation to generation.
we do, from our curriculum to our dress code policy. Our uniform is inspired by the compagnon carpenters from the Compagnons du Tour de France et du Devoir de Liberté from the 19th Century, a guild of skilled craftsmen who have passed down their knowledge and skills from generation to generation.
It includes a distinctive suit with a white shirt, an optional tie, as well as a black hat.
The Compagnons du Tour de France and their commitment to craftsmanship and excellence serve as a source of inspiration for Product House Academy.
We believe in the power of competency-based education, apprenticeship, mentoring, and on-the-job training to transform lives and build a better future, just as the Compagnons did. Our patron, Agricol Perdiguier, was a carpenter and a political activist who was a member of the Compagnons du Devoir de Liberté et Compagnons du Tour de France.
Perdiguier was a champion of workers’ rights and a believer in the power of education to promote social justice. He fought tirelessly for fair wages, safe working conditions, and the right to an education. His dedication to his craft and his commitment to social justice make him an ideal patron for Product House Academy.
By adopting a uniform inspired by the Compagnons and choosing Perdiguier as our patron, we are honoring the traditions and values of craftsmanship, excellence, and social justice. We believe that these values are essential to our mission of providing high-quality education and training in the field of technology and helping our students achieve their full potential.
At Product House Academy, we are committed to providing our students with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to succeed in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of technology. Our dedication to craftsmanship and social justice, as reflected in our uniform and patron, is an important part of that commitment. We are proud to honor the traditions of the Compagnons and Perdiguier and to carry their legacy forward into the future.
